Once again, BV Dairy hosted the winners of their Photography Competition to a presentation event at their offices in Shaftesbury.

The Autumn competition asked for images of the Countryside and was again open to all under the age of 16 on the closing date, October 31st.

Once again, Graham Hiscock from Studio H Photography in Wincanton was on hand to assist with judging and the winning images can be seen by clicking here.

Once again, standards were very high and winners in each age-group were offered a choice of prize and could either attend a 2 hour, one-to-one photography course with Graham geared to their level of expertise or they could receive their winning image as a 50cm x 30cm canvas print. Runners up received a copy of the National Geographic Guide to Photography – a new, fun publication geared toward younger photographers.

1st Prize – Jasmine Gaffney

9 – 11 Years category:
1st Prize – Isobel Lewis
Placed – Jessica Gaffney
12 Years and over category:
1st Prize – Shannon Gaffney
Placed – Sophie Dewberry
