and the Winner is!!

Last night saw Wincanton Racecourse host the gala awards ceremony for the Blackmore Vale Media Taste Awards 2019.

This popular event was well attended, including a table of BV Dairy colleagues, ready to support the winner of the category the Company sponsored – Best Dairy Producer.

After some very tough judging decisions the Award went to The Book and Bucket Cheese Company who saw off opposition from Allen Valley Milk, Meggy Moo’s Dairy and The Humble Dairy at Three Firs Farm – all very credible finalists.

Harry Cowan, BV Dairy’s Commercial Director, commented after the event that ‘it is always a pleasure being part of such a major event for the local food and drink industry.  We congratulate all the Finalists and, of course, the Winners and hope they had a great evening.‘
