Right from starting my apprenticeship, the Team at BV Dairy have created a challenging and engaging environment for me in which I am able to work, learn and experience the challenges of a busy factory where no two days are ever the same. They do this by ensuring that I am given the right work, the right support group and that I am also setting high targets and aspirations for myself. I am mentored in the ongoing challenges that work brings and I can really sense that they are investing in my success. I feel very valued within the company and appreciate the effort that is put in to developing me.
